Cancellation PolicyTo ensure vehicle availability and scheduling, we apply the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations made 15+ days before the rental start date: 50% of deposit refunded.
Cancellations within 7 days of rental start: Deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows or early returns: No refund or partial credit will be provided.
Note: We are happy to offer a flexible reschedule if travel plans change due to ferry/flight delays or emergency, subject to availability.
In Case of Accident or DamageYour safety and peace of mind are our priority, but it’s important to understand your responsibilities:
Minor damage (scratches, dents, flat tires):
Client will be charged according to the repair invoice, unless optional Zero-Excess Insurance was purchased in advance.
Major damage (accident, engine damage, rollover, underbody damage, water ingress):
Client will be liable for full repair or replacement cost up to the insurance excess amount, unless full coverage was selected.
In case of accident:
Notify Duke of Mykonos immediately
Contact local authorities (police) for a formal accident report
Provide photo documentation of the scene and vehicle
Do not leave the vehicle unattended unless safety is at risk
Loss of key / remote / immobilizer system:
Replacement charge applies: €250–€600, depending on system type.
Off-road misuse or unauthorized towing/hauling that causes damage will void any insurance coverage, and client will be 100% liable for repair or recovery costs.
Towing, mechanical repairs, or third-party involvement without our authorization is strictly prohibited.
Driver Eligibility PolicyMinimum age of primary driver: 21 years
Maximum age: 68 years
Valid driver’s license required (Greek, EU, or International Driving Permit)
Driver must have held their license for at least 3 years.
Copy of passport/ID and license is required before delivery.
Policy on Additional or Alternate DriversOnly the named driver on the official rental agreement is authorized to operate the vehicle.
Additional drivers must be declared at time of booking and added to the contract.
An extra driver fee of €20/day applies (includes insurance coverage).
Unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle:
Immediately voids all insurance coverage
Client becomes fully liable for any damages, accidents, or fines
May result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, with no refund
